We are the founders and owners of Florida Home LLC, a full service real estate development company located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We are looking to expand our business statewide to out-of-state builders to develop property here in Florida using our CGC, RE licenses, and industry resources. Our Member business model is similar to a franchise model except that franchise rules require owners to be licensed in general contracting and real estate and charge royalty and advertising fees. Our model allows Members to operate under the licenses of Florida Home’s Certified General Contractor and Real Estate Broker with an initial membership fee, monthly fee and advertising by Member.
Our full-service real estate development company also offers home furnishings and has six in-house licensed engineers, architects, and interior designers who offer discounted services to our Members.
Membership Fees: A one time initiation fee is $100,000 with a $4,000 per month fee per new home with a minimum two year membership, which allows you to start to buy/build/sell within weeks of signing up. Support and training included in the initiation fee.
