I am the owner of this Hollywood Café (NO Hood) In this space I produce daily and nightly shows and open mics. It is very time-consuming and I do not have time to operate the Cafe aspect of the business.
This listing is for the sublease of the kitchen only.
This is an “As Is Rental” there is “No Hood” so cooking meat on the premises is not allowed. However, it’s a great spot for sandwiches, coffee, espresso, Boba health food, etc..
The performances don’t start till 11 AM and usually run on and off all day until about 10 PM
You would have 24 -access
Coffee grinder, coffee maker, refrigerator, stand mixer, 3 compartment sink, freezer, waffle maker, induction stove are all included.
