We are offering a limited opportunity for a small number of early location partners to launch a new, technology-enabled fitness concept in their market. This is not a traditional gym model—no full-time staffing, no complex operations. Instead, it combines a physical space with a centralized platform that handles customer acquisition, booking, payments, and support. This fitness brand is very innovative and provides a unique competitive advantage. Our concept can work in small spaces - we only require 500-1200 sqft of space. We can work with larger spaces as there is opportunity to expand as demand grows.

Our primary goal is simple: help you recover your investment as quickly as possible and build a profitable, long-term location.

Investment & Structure
- Approximate startup investment: $55,000-65,000 (if leasing equipment) | $100,000 if purchasing equipment
- Covers equipment, buildout, and launch
- You operate your location through your own entity
- You control the physical space, lease, and local operations
- You own the equipment or lease of the equipment

The platform provides the brand, software, marketing systems, and ongoing support.

How the Model Works

This model is intentionally structured to prioritize your success early.

Phase 1: Capital Recovery (Top Priority)
Until you recover your full investment (~$67K including early ramp costs):
- Revenue first covers core operating costs (rent, utilities, equipment, etc.)
- Remaining cash flow is directed primarily toward paying back your investment
- Platform takes a minimal share during this phase for ad spend

The goal is to get you to breakeven and full recovery as fast as possible.

Phase 2: Profit Sharing | Once your investment is fully recovered:
- Profit is shared between you and the platform
- Typical structure (negotiable for early partners)
- Operator: 50–70%
- Platform: 30–50%
- This is a simple, long-term model with no complex tiers or recalculations.

Facilities & Assets
The capital investment is to cover initial start-up costs such as space buildout, equipment, and marketing. The Platform Partner (us) is not profiting from this fee as it is used purely for start-up cost including labor for operations and marketing and 6 months post launch.
Market Outlook / Competition
The gym industry is failing to meet the evolving needs of the population. Members are tired of waiting on equipment, dealing with fitness influencers, or trying to manage social anxiety. Many of our members are new moms, people with disabilities, fitness influencers, or people who simply don't want to workout in front of others. Gym Pods eliminates common gym frustrations by offering a private, bookable gym. Our flagship location is growing consistently 30% MoM but we are in a small college town and growth is limited. We seek additional locations to further showcase revenue potential. We charge members $13-$100 per month; we could easily charge up to $200 per month in the right market and a single facility could support 100-300 members depending on membership makeup. Operating cost are very low as no employees are onsite. The largest expense is rent.
