Bike Rx is a system with support to operate a compact, complete bicycle tune-up location—often under an RV canopy or at a Farmers Market, your neighborhood, a business park or a pop-up trailside. No fleets, no vans, no heavy inventory. Just high-demand services riders already need: tune-ups, flat repairs, safety checks, and simple installs. Work when you want. Where your want. 5 years at my local Farmers Market and I never left under $600 for the five hour stint. Had days I stayed late cause bikes just kept coming and I had the time ($1,100 day). Tune-ups at $65 are a bargain and adding accessories like bells, mirrors, bottle cages, water bottles push most invoices to $100. Lots of different ways to do it.

With this in mind we have a Dealer Portal with training 43 videos, all our marketing materials, best practices, pricing suggestions and documents that should answer most questions.

Takes about 20-30 hours of self-paced on hands training with your own bike to begin to feel confident. We recommend putting your bike, your friends bikes, your neighbors bike into your new stand and go through the training videos to get experience with small nuances of each bike- different levels of quality, different brands and slightly different designs- but all apply leverage to make a gear change, or to brake or to adjust so parts don't rub or parts don't fall off.
