San Jose Franchise Territory with Equipment, Systems & Seller Support

This is an opportunity to acquire the remaining San Jose Squeegee Squad franchise territory following the completed sale of the San Mateo side of the original Silicon Valley territory.

The available opportunity consists of the San Jose territory only, including 18 ZIP codes across a strong and attractive service market. The territory includes affluent residential neighborhoods such as Campbell, Almaden, Willow Glen, Milpitas and surrounding San Jose communities, along with commercial opportunities in and around Downtown San Jose.

This high-density territory is more than twice the size of a standard franchise territory, providing meaningful scale across residential and commercial markets, including multi-story and potential high-rise opportunities, subject to franchisor approval, training, equipment, insurance, and operational requirements.

The acquisition includes protected franchise territory rights, subject to the franchise agreement, franchisor approval, and the franchisor’s reserved rights, together with professional window-cleaning tools and equipment, established operating systems, brand infrastructure, website and local-search optimization work, lead-generation and outreach systems, and seller transition support.

A service vehicle is not included in the transaction. The buyer will be responsible for obtaining a vehicle that meets current franchisor requirements, as well as completing all applicable insurance, licensing, training, transfer, and operating requirements.

There are currently no full-time employees included with the business. The seller may facilitate introductions to existing part-time sales support, independent service resources, and neighboring franchise relationships.
