Frostea is a very cute and easy place to keep clean & manage where you can use your creativity to come up with the best drinks AZ has experienced.
I started this shop with a partner however that did not go as planned. Unfortunately I lack the time to run the shop as it overlaps with my job that I'm very passionate about. In addition to the lack of time, I have a job promotion waiting for me but it requires me to leave state. This shop is a great startup business opportunity to anyone that is looking for a turn-key ready shop with plenty of potential. Shop is located in Tempe across from Tempe High School. Very spacious front and rear parking lot available to you and costumers. Plaza does not have any competition to you such as Starbucks, Dutch etc.
All equipment is new & in perfect working order only used for about 60 days total. Shop opened Nov 21st, 2025 but had to close down Dec 10th due to a mandatory family emergency out of country. Reopened roughly 35 days later but I struggled to keep consistency with the schedule due to my job meetings etc.
Currently closed as I just couldn't honor store hours and I did not want to hurt location.
New owner will need to submit a new lease application to landlord which should only take a week to get done, I can help you with the process.
Shop has a small dry storage area & a small employee only bathroom towards the rear of store. Please keep in mind store's design and layout can be changed accordingly.
You can choose preferred lease term that fits your needs which varies from 2-5 years, landlord is very nice and easy to work with.
Rent is roughly $1850 (RE taxes, sewer & water included). SRP electric bill varies from $100-$140 a month (place is 700 sq ft.)
The only phase shop was opened with consistency and met store hours properly was from Nov 21st - Dec 10th & shop sold about $2,100 of goods. I did not have a grand opening nor had advertised the shop. I strongly recommend doing a grand opening, creating an active social media page, and to market the business to High School & others.
I have plenty of inventory such as cups, lids, syrups, tea leafs, coffee beans, etc.
