• Location Services: Assistance with site evaluation and lease negotiations
• Complete Buildout: Standard construction package including laminate flooring, lighting, painting, custom cabinetry (wood or metal options), and updated signage. HVAC typically negotiated into lease terms
• Technology Setup: Up to 2 workstation computers, POS system integration, paper and label printers
• Equipment: Commercial refrigeration unit, alarm system, and security camera installation
• Comprehensive Licensing and Credentialing: Complete application processing and fees for State Board, NPI, NCPDP, DEA registration, major insurance networks (CVS, Aetna, Express Scripts), Medicare 855s and 855b forms, Medicaid enrollment, Epic/Adap, Optum, Humana, PDMI, CSOS registration, and primary wholesaler setup including initial inventory order
• Inspection Preparation: Full preparation for regulatory inspections
Investment: $190,000 for standard buildout specifications. Seller financing available.
