There are two primary revenue categories across several services – Roofing, Siding, Windows, Gutters, Exterior Painting.
Revenue categories are:
Insurance restoration work – primary revenue where cx pays a deductible and insurance pays the remainder, resulting in large average ticket sizes.
Non-insurance work – proactive replacements and upgrades due to aging properties for residential and commercial clients.
Customers include homeowners, commercial property owners, and property managers. Most customers are solving urgent problems caused by storm damage or aging properties rather than price shopping.
Typical teams include a Sales Manager, Sales Representatives, Production Manager, and Office/Admin support. All construction labor is handled by subcontracted crews who are managed by the Production Manager. The franchisee manages leaders and systems—not labor.
The franchisor Support includes hiring assistance of managers, technology for all aspects of the business including weather forensics (tracks storms & storm metrics down to the exact neighborhoods), highly targeted marketing programs and regular coaching to help reach yearly biz goals. They’ve negotiated rebates with the vendors that are paid out to the franchisees quarterly that help offset royalties.

Our ideal candidate could have a management & driver type personality. Even though this is a construction restoration opportunity there is still a good amount of sales managed by the franchisee, sales manager and sales teams. The ability and desire to motivate is critical for success. This is a business that can be scaled dramatically to the franchisees needs/wants. We prefer that prospects have Management Skills since this is their main role in the business.
