Training and support program details:

Our initial sales and operations training is held in Livonia, Michigan with 45 hours in the classroom and 22 hours on-the-job.

Training covers technology, recruitment & hiring, accounting, billing, reporting, marketing, cleaning best practices and operations, OR Certification, employee engagement, sales & prospect development, bid process, and prospective customer visits.

We assist our Owners with extensive ongoing support that includes: sales lead generation, bid prep and presentation assistance, account start-up and general operations support, and guidance and resources.

Each of our Owners will have access to an Inside Sales Representative that consistently contacts facilities, develops an ongoing prospect list, makes calls to set initial meetings with prospects, inputs information into our CRM, and keeps the Franchise Owner up to date on call activity. Additionally, there is a Sales Administrator that handles the Owner's paperless proposal system, marketing materials, email marketing, and local website.

Field Support Owners will have access to an operations coach to help with matters in the field. This coach can be contacted Monday-Friday and is available to assist with technical questions, HR questions, policies, procedures, banking, purchasing of equipment & supplies, and training and payroll questions.
