Training
Our comprehensive 4-week training program consists of 254 total hours: 32 hours of remote foundational instruction and 222 hours of hands-on, on-the-job training at our corporate headquarters in Washington, D.C. Under the direction of our Director of Training, Kelsey Herle, new Owners master everything from signature recipes and precision ordering to POS systems (CAKE), inventory management, and elite guest service.


Ongoing Support
The partnership never ends as we continuously grow and adapt. Our corporate training team is present during your Grand Opening to ensure a successful launch. Once your café is open, you will transition to a weekly success cadence. Our Franchise Success Manager, Yvis Manrique, hosts weekly calls via our shared Notion workspace to review KPIs and unit financials. Additionally, our Marketing Manager hosts monthly strategy calls to coordinate seasonal promotions.


Field Support
Our specialized Project Management team—led by Senior Construction Project Manager Ricardo Delgado and Senior Project Manager Tristen Smith—guides you through site selection, permitting, contractor bidding, and construction inspection. We review all quotes to ensure build-out costs remain at or below market value. If preferred, the Toastique team can perform the general contracting of new locations themselves, making the process seamless for new Owners.


Marketing
We require 2% of Gross Sales weekly for the Brand Development Fund and 2% for local marketing efforts. You will have direct access to our internal marketing team with 12+ years of experience to assist with grand opening campaigns and provide high-performance marketing assets via our PromoRepublic platform.


Annual General Meetings
We host an annual meeting for our Owners (Annual System-Wide Training) to celebrate system-wide wins, discuss best practices, and collaborate on the future direction of the brand.
