Candidates must be committed to providing flawless customer service to our fans and be willing to engage with customers and employees. For single unit owners, candidates must be owner operators. Multi-unit investors/semi-passive must furnish a plan for management infrastructure and growth.

Training And Support

The Wing It On! team will be there for you every step of the way, including choosing a location, store design and build-out, developing and executing a pre-launch marketing plan, and post-launch operational support.

Additionally, we have a pre-launch operations training program to teach you how to manage every aspect of your Wing It On! franchise for maximum success through hands-on training at one of our corporate locations. When you’re ready to open, our most experienced employees and managers will be there with you on-site until you are comfortable taking the reins.
