Introduction

I’m Brian Bernstein, founder of Heritage Business Brokers. I’ve personally marketed over 500 businesses nationwide and specialize in confidential sales for owners who want a clean process and real results.

Before brokerage, I was Founder and CEO of Dove Water in New York, which I built and later exited in a multi-million dollar acquisition to Culligan. That firsthand experience as an operator and seller shapes how I run every deal. I understand what it takes to build something real and what matters when it’s time to sell.

I work hands on with every seller, managing transactions from first conversation through closing. My focus is simple. Price it right. Control access. Bring qualified buyers. Drive deals forward.
