Greg has more than 30 years’ experience working with small & medium size businesses and their owners. Holding several senior executive roles in sales, marketing and operations, it has given him an extensive knowledge base expanding across multiple industry’s that make up the complexion of a local market. Before joining Keystone, Greg has worked as a Chief Revenue Officer, General Manager and Sales Director for a variety of companies ranging from early stage, medium size to billion-dollar organizations. In his roles, he has successfully worked for investors and private equity groups that invest in companies. As a previous business owner, he has successfully operated and sold his own business. Greg’s passion and experience are around sales generation and still works with companies looking to strategize, build and manage their sales teams.

Darryl’s career spans over three decades in electronics and manufacturing. He has held senior management roles at companies ranging from small start-ups to large publicly traded corporations. Prior to joining KeyStone, Darryl was Vice President of Operations & Engineering at a local custom architectural design manufacturer where he worked closely with the company’s owner and private equity partners to improve performance and profitability. Darryl leverages his deep operational experience and broad industry background to give his clients confidence for a successful transaction closing. Darryl earned his MBA with an emphasis in technology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Derek has over 20 years of Accounting, Finance, and Business Operations experience in small to mid-sized businesses. These industries include: Marketing / Advertising, Consumer Packaged Goods, Wholesale Distribution, Restaurant / Hospitality. Before becoming an M&A Advisor, Derek worked as a CFO and performed due diligence on potential target companies for strategic acquisition. His ability to identify potential risks and opportunities during the due diligence process was crucial in making informed, strategic decisions that drove growth and value creation. Derek leverages his deep understanding of financial statements and business operations to uncover the true value proposition drivers of any business. With his extensive experience, Derek provides invaluable insights and strategic guidance to his clients.
