Introduction
Business ownership has always been more than a career to me. It is a way to create opportunity, serve others, and build something that lasts.
After graduating from Kansas State University and beginning my career as a financial analyst, I developed a strong appreciation for how financial decisions, operations, and strategic planning drive business success. That analytical foundation, combined with the experience of owning and operating a successful service business, has given me firsthand insight into both the financial and personal challenges business owners face.
After experiencing firsthand the rewards and challenges of business ownership, I developed a passion for helping other entrepreneurs maximize the value of what they have worked so hard to build. That passion ultimately led me to found Summit M&A, where my mission is to help business owners navigate one of the most significant decisions of their lives with honesty, professionalism, and integrity.
As both an advisor and an active business owner, I understand transactions from both sides of the table. I do not just analyze businesses. I evaluate them the same way I would if I were investing my own capital. That perspective allows me to provide practical, real-world advice that goes beyond simply getting a deal to closing.
