For me, helping business owners successfully sell their companies is a true partnership. As a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Certified Main Street Business Broker (CMSBB), I officially joined the Sunbelt broker team in January 2026, but my roots with this firm run deep. Over the past five years, I've served as an integral part of the team, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with owners through many successful transactions and personally appraising 100+ businesses.
While I brings an analytical edge to the table—drawing on a diverse background in finance, sales, pharmacy, and software engineering to streamline operations and deliver sharp financial modeling—I'm a broker first and foremost. I believe that knowing what your business is worth is just the beginning of the conversation. My true passion lies in the journey that follows: guiding owners through the complexities of the market, advocating for their hard work, and ensuring they cross the finish line with a successful, highly rewarding sale.

After graduating from the University of Louisiana Lafayette, Pete spent his early career commercializing new technology for an International Company prior to starting his first technology business in 1995. For over 25 years, Pete has established, sold, and consulted in several strategic business ventures domestically and abroad. You will find his wide range of expertise and easy demeanor as a valuable asset during the transaction process. Pete primarily works with business owners from all Louisiana parishes between Lafayette and Lake Charles, LA, and also Beaumont, TX area.

Tana Moss has background in both business ownership and marketing. She spent 20 years in the marketing industry working with thousands of local businesses to find solutions and increase sales. She spent the last several years owning and growing and then selling in early 2016 her own marketing franchise company. Through the years, she became a trusted advisor to her clients and developed roots in the local business community. She has served on the executive board with the local BBB of Acadiana and is active in the business community. She has the experience to understand the needs of "Main Street" business owners and a unique perspective on how to better market each business to find the right match for its needs. The time spent as a business owner herself has given her the ability to quickly understand and analyze a business financially to assist with determining a most probable selling price and valuation for business owners looking to sell. Her marketing background can also assist the new owner with strategies and connections to great sources for a new marketing perspective for their new business.
