Own an Oregon Water Bottling Co. (fka Eola Water Bottling)
Asset Sale Description
Has the idea of owning a water bottling co. crossed your mind?
If it has, then pay close attention:
A landlord has acquired the assets of a business that bottled and sold private label and branded bottled water. Here’s the thing… Not only are there certain assets/fixtures in place that could help you get this bottling operation going quickly, the Landlord has leased space available to continue to house the operation!
You don’t necessarily even have to move the equipment! What’s more, there is also a nearby spring water source that provided water for the Oregon Springs brand. There is also a “brand label” that same party owns that has been used by the previous co., maybe even one additional potential label you could license, use of water storage tanks (6 massive 8k or 10k storage gallon tanks), reverse osmosis cleaning, a 12-head water bottling line, inventory you have to see to believe, some records of prior customers, a rain water collection (the former company operating out of this space had the Oregon Rain® brand) system off the building roofs, and much more. Even a couple pallet jacks ;-)
This may be as close to turnkey of a business as it gets when it comes to an asset sale. Bottled water was being produced out of this facility as recently as the summer of 2025. Oh, and if you or someone you know already has a profitable business up and going where adding an ancillary product like bottled water is a no-brainer, then, this might in fact be a no-brainer!
**Personal note about the product this company produced here at our bldg: Years back, I bought two entire pallets of their water. It was DELICIOUS! Our clients and customers loved it. It turned out to be a great marketing tool for us and opened a lot of doors…
I did find this on Google about the industry: The US water bottling industry is a $46 BILLION dollar per year industry. In Oregon, IBISWorld.com says that $37.6 Million Dollars will be sold in 2025. And, according to Google AI (not my numbers!): “A water bottle business can be highly profitable, with margins ranging from 35% to over 100%, especially with a good water source and efficient operation, tapping into a huge, growing market driven by demand for clean water. Profitability hinges on low-cost production (especially water sourcing), branding, distribution, and finding niches like events, offices, or custom bottles, though competition from major brands means differentiation is key for new players.”
Interested? Contact me and I can give you the exact location and answer any other questions I might be able to about the equipment and opportunity, in a short call.
An opportunity like this doesn’t come along very often – maybe never again! And, maybe this is what you or someone you know have been waiting for!
The Listing Broker, an Oregon Licensed Principal Broker, has an interest in the assets and property where the assets are located/installed.
