Melinda Namath is an accomplished business professional with more than 35 years of experience in finance, international business, sales, marketing, and commercial real estate.
Originally from Hungary, she earned a full scholarship from the Hungarian National Bank at age eighteen and later graduated from the Academy of Finance in Moscow with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, specializing in finance, international business, and entrepreneurial management.
Early in her career, she successfully operated her own export/import company with over fifty employees while conducting business across Europe and Asia. She later expanded her expertise through roles in sales, marketing, contract negotiations, and strategic development with international firms, building a strong foundation in complex transactions and client relations. Since entering real estate in 1997, Ms. Namath has been involved in the sale of approximately 300 properties worldwide and has led high-level sales initiatives, including oversight of a $300 million development project in the Dominican Republic.
Her experience includes working with investment properties, NNN lease opportunities, off-market transactions, and multi-property deals ranging from $1 million to $300 million.
She is fluent in English, Hungarian, and Russian, which further strengthens her ability to serve a diverse and international client base.

With 23 years of sales experience, including a decade in commercial and residential real estate, I have built and sold my own successful company, demonstrating a strong work ethic, deep understanding of client needs, and extensive industry knowledge. Fluent in Hebrew and Russian, I am well-equipped to work nationwide in the USA, making me the perfect person to partner with for any business sale.
I’m a hands-on business owner and advisor with real-world operating experience—not theory. Since 2023, I’ve been a co-owner of Alice’s Restaurant in Port Jefferson Station, where I oversee day-to-day operations, financial management, staffing, and growth strategy. Since taking an active leadership role, I’ve helped drive over 15% sales growth, improved cost controls, and strengthened overall operational performance—while managing the realities every owner faces: payroll, vendors, margins, staffing, and customer experience. Before ownership, my background includes working in dental offices and within school environments, which gave me a strong foundation in organization, compliance, client service, and financial accountability. That experience carries directly into how I approach business today—detail-oriented, disciplined, and people-focused. I’ve recently expanded my role into business advisory and M&A with AcquiTrust Advisors, where I work alongside business owners across multiple industries—particularly restaurants and owner-operated businesses—to help them prepare, position, and successfully sell their companies. Having lived the ownership journey myself, I understand both the emotional and financial sides of a transaction, and I guide clients with clarity, honesty, and practical insight. What matters most to me—both professionally and personally—is doing things the right way. I believe strong businesses are built on accountability, communication, and trust. Outside of work, my greatest priority is my children—being present, setting an example, and helping them build successful futures of their own.
