View Details Historic Miami Beach Florist — 89 Years
Rare opportunity to acquire the oldest continuously operating flower shop in Miami Beach — founded in 1937 and run by the current owner for the last 38 years — with a loyal, affluent client base across some of South Florida's wealthiest zip codes. The business has operated without a retail storefront since 2009, running as a lean, home-based, order-and-delivery operation taken by phone, wire-service order, and a network of branded websites. That shift eliminated commercial rent entirely while preserving order volume and a premium price point: the average 2026 credit card sale is $255, roughly three times the $75–80 industry average reported by FTD, and the 2026 Valentine's Day average order was $308.Here's the real story for a buyer: the business sells under five trademarked, decades-old retail brands, built on 89 years of goodwill, backed by a customer database dating to March 2001 that drives an active occasion-based reminder Less

View Details 15-Year Commercial & Industrial Radiator Shop | Minimal Competition
Rare opportunity to acquire a well-established commercial and industrial radiator, cooler, and fuel tank repair business built from the ground up over roughly 15 years by the same family. Rather than competing in the passenger-vehicle radiator replacement market, this shop was deliberately positioned to serve heavy truck fleets (Peterbilt, Mack, Freightliner), construction and earthmoving equipment, hydraulic and oil coolers, and large industrial coolers for natural gas compression equipment — plus a strong niche in aluminum fuel tank repair and cleaning. The business draws customers from over 100 miles away in every direction, including a large, fast-growing metro region roughly an hour away that management says has no comparable radiator shop, and an oil field/natural gas corridor across the state line with the same gap in coverage. The customer base includes construction and CAT-dealer-affiliated accounts, a major regional Less

The business performs cylinder head reclamation, cylinder boring, connecting rod reclamation, and general gas and diesel engine rebuilding for individual customers, other repair shops, and regional equipment dealers — including two John Deere dealership accounts that route machine work here when it exceeds their in-house capability.Customers routinely travel significant distances — up to 200 miles — for service, a reflection of just how few comparable machine shops remain in the region; management is aware of only one other shop within reasonable driving distance. The business has operated almost entirely on word-of-mouth referral for years, with most repeat customers contacting the owner directly. The shop comes with a full, Less
