Andrea, her husband, and some business partners previously owned the large Mercantile Building in downtown Grand Junction, gaining firsthand experience in purchasing, owning, selling, and leasing commercial properties. She and her husband are small business owners and own investment properties, giving Andrea a strong understanding of real estate as both a business and an investment.
