Introduction

My journey in real estate didn’t start with restaurants. I began in residential sales, where I worked hard to build my foundation in the industry and was honored to receive the Coldwell Banker President’s Circle award, recognizing the top 5% of producers worldwide.

But along the way, I realized something about myself — my real passion was always in retail, especially restaurants.

I’m a big foodie. One of my favorite hobbies is exploring new restaurants around Los Angeles, trying different cuisines, and observing why certain restaurants become extremely popular while others struggle to survive. I started paying attention to things like location, surrounding demographics, parking, visibility, and the overall energy of a neighborhood.

Over time, I realized this curiosity could actually become my professional specialty.

Today, I work closely with restaurant owners, entrepreneurs, and operators to help them find the right locations to grow their businesses. I love sitting down with clients, learning about their concept, their story, and their goals, and then helping them identify spaces where their ideas can truly work.

Of course, the restaurant business can be challenging. Sometimes things don’t go as planned. But that’s also where I continue to support my clients — helping them sell their business, transition, and move forward to their next opportunity. Over time, this has created a positive cycle in my career: meeting passionate entrepreneurs, discovering great food, and helping businesses find the right home.
