With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in multisite global manufacturing and operations organizations, including senior leadership roles, Nick brings a practical operator’s perspective to transactions and understands the operational drivers that impact business value, scalability, and buyer interest.
Growing up working in a family owned small business gave Nick an early understanding of what matters most to owners beyond the financials. He experienced firsthand the long hours, personal sacrifice, customer relationships, employee loyalty, and pride that come with building and sustaining a business over time. That foundation continues to shape his approach today.
Throughout his career, Nick has led businesses across public, private, family owned, and private equity backed environments with responsibility for large scale operations, organizational leadership, growth initiatives, and full P&L management. His experience ranges from Fortune 500 organizations to entrepreneurial and founder led businesses, giving him the ability to relate to owners from a wide range of backgrounds and business stages.
