High Point Mergers is a Colorado based brokerage firm built on real transaction experience - not just listing. I have owned, operated, and successfully bought and sold over 50 locations of various businesses of my OWN portfolio. This is experience that most brokers will never have, Experience that means something. This gives me a practical understanding of what closes deals.

High Point Mergers specializes in representing privately held businesses in lower middle market, and main street. Our approach is highly selective in who we decide to represent and bring to market. This limits our number of engagements, allowing us to focus on the few good deals we are representing and maximizing enterprise value for our clients.

For sellers we go beyond simply listing a business. We position companies to be acquires by serious, qualified buyers. Our process is designed to create competitive tension while maintaining confidentiality and control throughout the transaction.

High Point Mergers is a Colorado-based business brokerage firm focused on the sale of small to mid-sized privately held businesses. We specialize in representing owner-operated and founder-led companies across service, construction, trade, and cash-flow-driven industries.

Our firm was built from direct experience—not theory. We’ve been involved in the acquisition, operation, and sale of over 50 business locations across multiple industries. That background gives us a practical, real-world understanding of what actually drives value, where deals break down, and how to structure transactions that close.

We are not a high-volume brokerage. We operate selectively by design.

By limiting the number of listings we take on, we’re able to allocate meaningful time, attention, and resources to each client. This allows us to execute a more deliberate process—one that focuses on positioning, demand creation, and controlled deal flow rather than simply “listing and waiting.”
