Introduction
With over thirty years of experience in finance, accounting and business ownership, my professional career includes holding various leadership roles in audit and as Controller and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at several businesses, including Fortune-500 corporations.
After my corporate career, I explored my entrepreneurial vision and applied my experience and leadership to buy, operate and improve my own business. When I sold the business, I realized my diverse skills in business and finance could help the greatest number of business owners as an intermediary.
As a broker and consultant, I am able to offer business owners years of knowledge to assist them in addressing operational business concerns, financing, preparing an exit strategy, succession planning and ultimately selling their business in a manner that realizes its maximum value.
I earned my Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. I was born and raised in New Jersey and reside in Cream Ridge, with my wife Karen and son Dominick.
