Jay Polimeno, a Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary has been selling businesses for over 31 years based out of his office in North Woodstock, in the heart of New Hampshire's White Mountains.
He and his wife, Maureen created Polimeno Realty in 1995 where Maureen specializes in residential sales while Jay concentrates on commercial and business sales. Polimeno Business Sales was created shortly thereafter in recognition of the need for a business sales specialist in the lakes and mountains region of New Hampshire. In 2017 Polimeno Business Sales purchased the Sunbelt Business Brokers of New Hampshire franchise. In 2026, Jay sold his franchise, staying on as an Associate Broker. Jay was first certified through Empire Business Sales in 2001, and eventually joined the International Business Broker's Association, earning his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation in 2007. In 2023, Jay earned recognition as a Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary.
