Introduction
With 18 years of experience in Florida real estate and a lifetime spent on the operating side of business, I bring an owner's perspective to every deal I broker — because I've been the owner.
I've been in restaurants my real estate/hole life and I'm still active in the industry today. I got my start helping operate my family's 23-location Cici's Pizza franchise group, and went on to own restaurants of my own. I've also owned and operated a cleaning business, a spa for about four years. Across all of these, I handled the real work of ownership — hiring, operations, cash flow, customer relationships, and the decisions that determine whether a business survives and grows.
In real estate, I've personally bought and sold commercial property in addition to my LLC holdings. One transaction I'm especially proud of: I purchased a commercial building listed at $2.6 million for $1.5 million and began transforming it into The Power House — a one-stop-shop concept supporting women in business. It's a project I still consider one of the most powerful moves of my career, and a clear example of how I find and execute on undervalued opportunities.
As Managing Member of Sarasota PH LLC, I led the ownership, positioning, and sale of a commercial property in Sarasota's Qualified Opportunity Zone, entitled for up to seven stories of vertical development. As Managing Member of JMCGR LLC, I oversee a residential rental portfolio across Manatee County, and I currently own and manage short-term rental (Airbnb) properties as well.
I'm a Florida-licensed real estate professional and a notary public, fluent in both English and Spanish, and raised in an entrepreneurial family shaped by extensive travel — which gives me an adaptable, global perspective with clients.
