Introduction

Charles "Chip" Miller is a Senior Business Advisor with almost two decades of experience in the areas of real estate, commercial insurance, and M&A advisory services. He has owned and sold multiple businesses of his own, and currently he owns a portfolio of companies devoted to serving law enforcement, healthcare, and vendors in higher education.

While he is well-versed in the technical aspects of businesses including restaurants, manufacturers and distributors, contractors, adult education and training, wedding venues, and publishing companies, his servant-leadership mentality allows him to provide exceptional service and add value to a vast array of business transactions.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development from Texas Tech University and a Masters Degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Georgia, and he is one of only a few hundred people in the country to hold a Real Estate Certified Insurance Professional designation. He can also assist Spanish-speaking customers with their needs.

Originally from a rural area of Texas, he enjoys outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and golf, and he is familiar with the particular needs of business owners in the Brazos Valley Area, the Hill Country, and the South Plains of Texas.
