Phillip Johns, Senior Business Advisor with Transworld Business Advisors offers over 17 years of experience in Victoria, Texas. He has built deep-rooted connections within the community while developing and scaling multiple businesses. A United States Army veteran and seasoned entrepreneur, he has successfully founded and grown two multi-million-dollar construction companies—South Texas Fence & Deck LLC and South Texas Fence Supply—establishing them as industry leaders.

Phillip’s passion lies in business acquisitions and sales, leveraging his firsthand experience in buying and selling companies across industries such as construction, fitness, and food & beverage. As the Executive Director of PJ & CJ LLC, he manages a diverse portfolio of investments, including real estate, stock and cryptocurrency, and asset procurement.
