Tony Keane is an experienced business broker. Prior to becoming a broker, he served as the
president, CEO or COO of several global organizations. He is a former CPA and has owned three small
businesses. His understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing small businesses allows
him to appreciate the dynamics of your business. His experience in acquisitions, financial
analysis, and market assessments make him a great asset to both buyers and sellers.
He serves on the board of five companies as a director. Additionally, he has extensive previous
board experience for several other organizations. Past positions over the last thirty years have
provided him with a broad range of experience, from accounting to business management.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati with a business degree in accounting and
management. He is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant and has the Executive Leadership
Certificate from Rice University. He is a member of the International Business Broker Association (IBBA).
