Practice uses Lacerte for tax preparation, QuickBooks for accounting services, JetPack for practice management and SmartVault for clients portal. Practice completes approximately 150 Individual tax returns, 250 LLC's and partnership tax returns, and 100 corporate and other tax returns generating over $1,000,000 in tax services. There are few small clients bookkeeping and accounting services generating over $ 200,000 in accounting services. Most clients upload tax documents to portal. There are hand full of clients who come to office once a year. Office is located in class A building on Wilshire Blvd. near UCLA. Office lease will expire June 2028.

Seller will prefer a buyer who is a local California CPA and has an existing established business and well staffed with capacity to take on new acquisition. THIS IS NOT PASSIVE BUSINESS INVESTMENT.
