We currently have the strongest and most experienced team we have built since th - Facilities & Assets
- We have a satellite location that provides an ideal setting for client and team meetings while also allowing us to expand our geographic reach and presence.
Our primary facility consists of approximately 23,000 square feet, including a customer showroom, office space, and warehouse, providing substantial room for our current operations and continued growth.
The businesses are also supported by a significant amount of operational equipment and assets, including forklifts, inventory, work trucks, dumpsters, a skid steer, excavator, and a wide range of tools and equipment necessary to support our construction and trade operations. - Market Outlook / Competition
- Our business model provides a distinct competitive advantage. Rather than operating as a single trade company, we have built a portfolio of independent companies with the necessary NC trade licenses, supported by a showroom offering products that complement our construction and service operations. Each company operates independently within its specialty while working together when projects require multiple trades, creating cross-selling opportunities and a stronger customer experience. We believe we are only beginning to realize the potential of this platform as demand for skilled trades continues to grow. Our future vision includes developing a trade school in North Carolina to help build the next generation of skilled professionals, with plans to expand the business ecosystem and workforce-development model into additional states and markets.
- Opportunities for Growth
- Our growth and expansion opportunities are exactly why we are seeking the right strategic partner. We have built a strong portfolio of companies through a combination of ground-up development and strategic acquisitions, and we believe we are still in the early stages of realizing their full potential.
Our next phase includes expanding recurring service revenue while creating greater opportunities across the established customer databases of companies that have been operating for up to 20 years. By connecting these businesses more strategically, we can continue strengthening the overall ecosystem and creating additional cross-selling opportunities.
While North Carolina remains our core market, we are actively developing expansion plans for Tennessee, Florida, and Texas, with the goal of replicating the model we have established here. In addition, we are launching a national blue-collar platform designed to create new relationships and opportunities throughout the United States.
