Bolt On Acquisition: The natural buyer for the Company would be an ATM operator or ATM loader with an existing presence in and around the Philadelphia, PA area. The acquisition would allow the buyer to “bolt on” the ATM assets being sold by the Seller to the buyer’s existing ATM operations. In so doing, a Buyer can spread the costs of market management and other costs over a larger pie. A buyer would add little to no additional overhead to own and operate the routes being sold by the Company, making this of acquisition highly accretive.

Low Customer Concentration: The Seller’s customer base consists of over 125 unique customers, which contributes to the Company’s low customer concentration. No single customer represents more than a 1% share of Company revenues.
