At Large Brewing has been serving high quality craft beer to the Everett community for 10 years in the same location. Located just off “Restaurant Row” near the Port of Everett, this dog friendly establishment features charming indoor and outdoor seating areas with views of Possession Sound and the Naval Shipyard. Everett, with a population of approximately 113,000 people, is the county seat of Snohomish County, along with its most populous city. The area has undergone significant population growth since 2000, having increased by more than 23% in that time frame.
Featuring 14 – 15 proprietary recipes that have withstood the test of time, the brewery is a true turn-key opportunity with all necessary equipment for full scale brewing including a van currently used for distribution and ample capacity for expanded sales. The 3 BBL Brewhouse is complimented by one 7 BBL Fermenter, six 3 BBL Fermenters, four 3 BBL Brite Tanks, dozens of kegs, a keg washer, and a custom-built walk-in refrigerator. Food service was re-implemented in 2024 consisting of a variety of pizza offerings supplemented by a regular rotation of food trucks on Friday nights. The taproom is open Wednesday through Sunday from 2 PM. The majority of sales come through the taproom with a small amount of wholesale distribution.
The staff of the business consists of one full-time and one part-time bartenders/servers. Current ownership is responsible for brewing operations, front of house management and day to day operations along with executive oversight and administrative support.
