This is a great and easy maintenance route that I built by hand. All of the customers are very friendly and easy to deal with. Very profitable route; the only reason I'm selling is to narrow down the area that I work out of. If you don't have experience with repairs, that's even better; I can handle the repairs for you. Just looking to free up a couple days out of my week to do more repairs. I've sold numerous routes in the past and have never had any issues. Looking for a smooth transition for my clients.
What type of buyer I'm looking for:
Somebody in their 20s or 30s that has at least some experience with pool maintenance. Ideally, it would be somebody that just wants to do the weekly maintenance and let me handle the repairs. The selling price is strictly for maintenance and does not include extra revenue for filter, cleans, and/or repair repairs. I have no desire to maintain pools anymore and I'm therefore looking to solely concentrate on repairs.
