- There is competition but not many who have our setup. - Currently we do no marketing. No email marketing. No cold calling. No feet on the streets. Nothing! I currently only answer calls from existing or past customers. The website needs to be updated and the phone lines answered. This area as you know has exploded and continues to explode. Our Salesman only follows up with existing customers, Duke Energy Inquires and referrals from Manufacturers Reps. With the great pricing we have on our products you could also do very well with online sales. I have not marketed the supply house at all!
