Our ice machine fits in the office that also holds the glycol machine for the draft system and monitoring system for our 14 security cameras.
Our ATM and Juke Box are handled by a company so we don't have to worry about service or compliance issues.
We own all light, sound and stage equipment as well as the pool tables that are a good generator of revenue.
Bathrooms and liquor room/electrical room are in the back of the building with an efficient layout to maximize capacity (220 people) and efficiency of flow.

Market Outlook / Competition
The 400 block of State Street is seeing a resurgence with new restaurants (Manifatura and Siam Street Food) drawing volume and quality crowds. Existing businesses like Shaker Mill also elevate the block. Recently we also have seen UCSB buy property on the 400 block that we are expecting that they develop into housing. Another new neighbor is the Downtown Santa Barbara organization which has elevate the focus and cleanliness of the block. We don't see anyone as competition, more as partners to drive the development of the area. The 500 block of State Street has long been the party place for SB, so we feed off them as well.
