This restaurant has a type 1 hood, walk-in cooler, pizza oven, 1800 sq ft, inside seating for 53 and outside patio seating for another 18 people. Also has a full bar setup.

There is NO breakfast or Lunch sales being made here. So, lots of sales are being missed out on. But even with all those missed sales this restaurant still does close to $500,000 in annual sales. The owner tells me he sometimes shuts off online ordering because it gets too busy. If that doesn’t scream at you, more MONEY could be made here, then hey maybe you should reevaluate how you evaluate business financials.

It’s also important to know that the owner works just the front of the restaurant, he is not the chef. So, if a new owner is or could be the chef, lots more money (profits) could be in your pockets. Probably some other good food choices for this location would be Indian food or breakfast type offerings.
