An established and rapidly growing countertop operation is seeking an experienced operator/partner to take the lead in managing and expanding the business. The operation is backed by an established national flooring/cabinet platform with existing relationships, sales channels, and customers in multiple markets.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a turnkey operation with the equipment, infrastructure, systems, sales channels, and customer relationships already in place.

The Opportunity

The incoming partner would take responsibility for the day-to-day operations and sales growth of the countertop business, including:

• Managing daily operations and production

• Hiring and managing fabrication personnel

• Overseeing an established warehouse and fabrication facility

• Managing sales opportunities generated through existing flooring and cabinet operations

• Developing relationships with contractors, builders, designers, realtors, hotel operators, and other commercial customers

• Becoming the primary face of the countertop operation in the local market

• Expanding client and contractor outreach

Turnkey Infrastructure

The business is ready to operate and grow immediately, with the necessary infrastructure already established, including:

• Approximately 5,000 SF warehouse/fabrication facility

• Saws, grinders, routers, fabrication tables, racks, trailers and other equipment

• Established CRM, POS and IT systems

• Product pricing and invoicing systems

• Marketing infrastructure

• Established sales channels and showrooms

• Installation currently outsourced, allowing the operator to focus on sales, fabrication and management
