Business Description
Earth & Clay Collective is a mobile jewelry & charm bar company that holds weekly spaces in two of the most popular and sought after farmers markets. We travel and do in home as well as corporate charm events and jewelry classes. We are fully operational and have an active and loyal following that shop weekly.
Our brand vibe is playful, fun and edgy. We are an inclusive, fun and laid back team/company.
Our website is fully built out, active and our events produce around $1,200 per event.
Our profit margins are approximately 90% and have a list of trusted vendors.

We currently hand make a small portion of items, although you could do away with that part and not effect sales. Our bread and butter has been the workshops, charm bar and pop up events.

Facilities & Assets
I have recently closed our storefronts, but we are currently fully operational as a mobile charm bar, have weekly set farmers market spots in two of the best markets in San Diego. I will include all of our inventory, supplies, current staff, all charm bar, all setup materials for markets/events/workspace, all workshop equipment, website and domain, wholesale site, vendor and supplier contacts, customer email lists, all packaging supplies and photoshoot credit with our local photographer.
Market Outlook / Competition
We are quite established in San Diego. We have been around for 7 years doing pop ups, farmers markets weekly, loyal instagram following, market regulars and one of the first charm bar pop ups in our area. We have also had 2 brick and mortar stores and sold wholesale across the country.
Opportunities for Growth
Our storefront did very well. I closed it for personal reasons, and began to operate from home. (I had a baby etc) I'll gladly go into detail about why. Our current sales are only including our 2 weekend set markets and a few mobile events. If you continue to take on more mobile events, bachelorette parties, etc and potentially open a small pop up shop, ramp up online sales like we did in the past then the options for growth are immense.
About the Sale
Seller Motivation
I closed the store front shortly after having my daughter and becoming a single
Transition Support
I can stay on for 1 month to train the new owner on day to day operations, jewelry making, and farmers market operations. I can also be on call for assistance for up to 6 months after.
