Business Description
Priced to sell
I built my store starting in 2019 from the ground up. The first two years of business I did not really pay much attention to the store and in 2021 I really built the store around the concept that I want predictable income over time.

I have found that the Oral care niche is a niche where many consumers use the subscribe and save model on Amazon where they're just reordering the same products month after month (Think toothpaste, dental floss etc.) This is amazing since I do not need to spend any new money (ads) to acquire a customer.

My store also holds the buy box on Amazon very well, and we get a ton of sales, since our pricing is extremely competitive due to the relationships we have with our distributors.
The bottleneck of the store is actually keeping all the products in stock since we sell out really quickly. And honestly, I have not reinvested a ton of capital since I've needed the capital in my life. There is a big opportunity for a new owner to come in and inject capital into inventory.

The store can grow drastically if you are willing to invest more money into inventory and to keep all the products in stock. You can also increase the catalog by adding a ton more products through the same distributors that we currently have.

I spend roughly about an hour a week on the store and that's just reviewing everything and making everything go smoothly. I currently have a virtual assistant that is part time that communicates with my 3PL provider who picks and packs all of my products for me.

The trailing 12 month financials are as follows:
Revenue: $824,364
Net profit: $114,895

I am selling the store since I'm liquidating a ton of my assets because I believe there's going to be a big drop in the stock market and I want to be ready to purchase up stocks with dry powder.

Facilities & Assets
There is no physical location tied to this business, which makes it fully location-independent and easy to run from anywhere. This is an Amazon-based store, so there's no warehouse, office, or lease to take over. All pick, pack, and fulfillment is handled by my 3PL provider, and my part-time virtual assistant manages the day-to-day communication with them. That means a new owner inherits a clean, asset-light operation with no facility overhead and nothing physical to relocate or manage.
Market Outlook / Competition
Competition is not a real factor for this store right now, and the reason is simple: our biggest constraint has been staying in stock, not winning against other sellers. Because our pricing is highly competitive through our distributor relationships, we hold the buy box well and sell through inventory quickly, often selling out before competitors become a concern. In practice, the store isn't competing for demand so much as struggling to keep up with it. A new owner who keeps products consistently in stock, and expands the catalog into adjacent products, can capture demand that we're currently leaving on the table
Opportunities for Growth
The growth path here is straightforward and largely untapped. The three biggest levers are:

1.) Keep products in stock. This is the single largest opportunity. We routinely sell out, so simply funding deeper inventory would immediately capture sales we're currently missing.

2.) Expand the catalog. The same distributors we already work with carry many more products we haven't listed yet. A new owner can add a significant number of SKUs through these existing relationships without needing to source new suppliers.

3.) Run PPC campaigns. We've grown with minimal advertising spend. Layering in paid campaigns on Amazon is a clear, well-understood way to accelerate visibility and sales on top of the organic demand the store already enjoys.

Transition Support
I will provide seven months of post-sale support to ensure a smooth handover. During this period I'll help with anything the new owner needs, including understanding the day-to-day operations, working with the existing virtual assistant and 3PL provider, managing distributor relationships, and answering any questions that come up as you take the reins. My goal is to make sure the transition is seamless and that the new owner is fully comfortable running and growing the store
