What i'm selling is a 30 year old yacht brokerage with a floating marina and home on the water with great views.
The marina is a fully self contained off grid floating venue barge with home sized living quarters and full amenities. I started the business in 1996 and have operated it since then. The work is not hard at all and if you are good at building business's this could be expanded to have dozens of brokers.
