- There are 8 Private Suites with the Infrared boxes that go up to 170 degrees. We currently have 5 single size boxes and 3 double boxes which can accommodate 2 customer's at once. The boxes are all under warranty and all part covered. There are 2 Showers (1 in Suite 6 - Members only) and also a common area shower. Also 2 restrooms for customer use. Also, a storage room in the back where we fold and maintain our towel service for all customers.
- Market Outlook / Competition
- We do have a competitor that is about 1 mile away from our location. The beauty of this is that the medical industry is making a big push for Infrared Therapy so we have a fair amount of Doctor's that come in and tell their patients about Perspire.
- Opportunities for Growth
- Perspires answer to the "cold plunge" craze is called Sno Shower and it is a 90 second blast in the shower at 45 degrees of water. Cold water does not kill bacteria, so this is a much cleaner solution. I have not added this product so this would be a nice add for the new owner. The location is in Aria Village and there are 330 apartments in the same building up above the studio.
