We built this bar on our dream of providing a safe, welcoming environment open to all folks. We're considered an ally bar, and third space which is highly rare for a bar of any kind. But most of all we did the impossible: a pure liquor license with only adults and nostalgia video games. The city almost fainted with the permitting alone, but we did it, and now it's grandfathered in. They can't take it away, so you should take advantage!
The venue attracts all sorts of creatives coming over and pitching ideas, so you'll be spoiled for choice in terms of adding extra events to attract an even larger demographic than the venue already does, and as mentioned, any additional marketing, especially to large companies for corporate mixers, bodes well as private buyouts are simply a must
The liquor license alone is worth $400k, but we're including the sale of the entire business itself along with it as we feel truly ready to start our next chapter closer to home, and want a quick sale so we can get that started. Ever. Additionally, our venue has, even more rare than the 48 license itself, possibly one of the rarest CUP permitting with mixed zoning permitting (area 2 bar, and area 3 amusement) together under one roof. This permitting was allowed pre-COVID only. So essentially, this type of set up is like a magical LA unicorn.
In addition, our venue is in a ultra prime location in the heart of the NoHo Arts District with not only an amazing location, but high foot traffic area and incredible visibility and access, both on foot, car and very close to the North Hollywood metro, considered a top location!
