After 19 years of ownership, it’s time for this bar to find its next chapter.


This place has been more than just a business to me. Over the years I’ve learned, grown, and met incredible people. I’ve watched friendships form, birthdays celebrated, and even shared difficult moments with customers who eventually became close friends. Owning this bar has truly been a blessing.

Now it’s time for someone new to come in with fresh ideas and energy. There are many opportunities for the next owner to expand and make it their own — whether that means adding liquor, expanding the food menu, bringing in bigger bands, hosting more karaoke nights, or creating new promotions.

This is a solid, long-standing neighborhood location with loyal customers who love the place. I’m hoping the next owner enjoys it as much as we have and takes it to the next level.

I’m offering it at a fair price because I was fortunate enough to buy it at a good value myself years ago. I truly want the next owner to succeed. I’m even happy to be available by phone anytime if you ever want advice or guidance after the sale.

The next owner will hopefully become a long-time friend.
