Chen's 22 has been serving Springfield since 1986! We're a family owned and operated restaurant offering Chinese, Japanese, and Thai food under one roof. We have a full sushi bar and offer All You Can Eat sushi option(s) that our regulars love. Not many places around here offer all three cuisines, and after 40 years we have customers who've been coming in since they were kids.

The space is about 2,000 sq ft in a busy shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Flooring and seating were recently renovated. The kitchen is full sized and fully equipped, and everything comes with the sale, so a new owner can walk in and start cooking day one.

The demand is there. We get calls from towns 25-30 minutes away wanting delivery, and with our current staff we just can't take them all. Someone with a bigger team could pick up that business right away. There's also room to grow with catering, online ordering, longer hours, and dressing up the dining room for a more upscale feel. We're BYOB now, but a new owner could look into a liquor license.
