Pressure washing/exterior cleaning company based in central Orange County.
In business since 2008 with around 100 well-seasoned, regular, repeat customers, most monthly, all on service agreements. We are a commercial cleaning company for gas stations, restaurants, strip malls, and shopping centers. We clean all concrete, walkways, sidewalks, trash enclosures, building exteriors, canopies, carwashes, and windows, etc.


Well established, many referral customers and multiple customers with a working relationship over 10 years, some as many as 15 years. This is not an owner/operator company. We have well-trained, seasoned staff, and well-maintained equipment. You have the option to merge my customers into your current customer base and use your employees or take on my current employees. My customers have a relationship with the company, not the owner, which should facilitate a smooth transition.
