Derby City Pizza is now in the spot where in the last 15 years, 3 “sports bars” have opened and closed. Also, during this course of time, 2 Beef O’Brady’s have closed. A sports bar named 30 Red opened and closed twice where there is now a Hometown Pizza. This restaurant has a solid foothold in this community. In the Kroger development located in the area they are adding about 400 front doors in their residential section. The two smaller developments close to them right now were a boon to their business and they are sure that this will do the same. They truly believe they have some of the most loyal customers in Louisville. The loyalty program prior to us switching to TOAST POS, was instrumental in developing a good customer base and every restaurant owner knows you MUST have a repeat customer to succeed.
