Profitable Subscription Based Amazon FBA Store
Business Description
Priced to Sell | Negotiable
I am selling my Amazon FBA store that I started in 2017. The store is in immaculate condition and has never been suspended and has a perfect health score. I am selling the store since I have a tax liability that needs to be taken care of, and this was the one asset in my portfolio I am willing to let go.
Therefore, I have priced this store very well, and it is negotiable since I need to sell the store quickly.
The store sells various products specifically in the shelf stable beverage section. So we sell various different brands of coffee, protein shakes, sodas and juices. This category is heavily dependent on pricing and we have some of the best pricing available from our reliable distributors.
I spend about three hours a month in the store since my one employee takes care of everything. My one employee will stay on with the new owner and everything has been well documented so that the new owner can keep track of everything. The new owner needs no experience at all.
To be honest, I did not spend much time on the store and have not reinvested my capital or tried to grow the store. The store has pretty much just been on autopilot for me and has just been kicking money every single month. If you are committed to growing the store, there are several options to grow the store. Some of them include increasing the size of the catalog with the current distributors we have, or spending money on ads.
The trailing 12 month financials are as follows.
Revenue: $489,754
Profit: $74,353

About the Business
- Years in Operation
- 9
- Employees
- 1 Part-time
- Facilities & Assets
- This store has no physical location or no warehouse at all. I utilize a 3PL and they take care of handling all the products.
- Market Outlook / Competition
- The competition in this niche is not as strong since not a lot of distributors carry the products that we do sell. We also have the very best pricing possible, so it's hard for somebody to compete with us.
- Opportunities for Growth
- The new owner can just increase the catalog by adding more products from the current distributors, or they can spend money on ads to increase visibility of the listings.
About the Sale
- Seller Motivation
- Tax Liability that has come due and unwilling to sell my rental properties
- Transition Support
- I will personally be available for a period of 6 months Post sale to assist with anything that is needed.
