It is an affordable path to take over a concrete operation with everything ready to go.
Option Two – $1.2 Million Full Ownership
This option includes full ownership of the entire operation and the 4400 sq ft building divided into two well designed spaces. One side is fully stocked with a concrete buggy, tools, stamps, materials, color, sealer, and all essential inventory for concrete installation including a mechanics bay. The other side features a polished showroom, reception area, private office and conference room. A professional NEW business name logo and full marketing materials are included.
The fenced and secured yard contains a Chevy 2500 crew cab, two Chevy 4500 dump trucks, one Chevy flatbed, one cargo trailers and one machine trailer hauling a CAT skid steer plus a Ford Escape for running estimates. A state of the art security system is already in place.
