Located 1 mile from Yellowstone National park with 4-5 Million anual visiters. Multiple hotels, air bnb, and other rentals within a mile radius. Nearly 15-20k people will stay in valley on a busy summer day. Most Businesses make 80-90% of profit from May to November. We usually are on a 30 minute wait in summer. We also have very Valuable parking on site which set us apart.
Multiple resturants in the area, however most do not work in the breakfast space. We have 2-3 breakfast restuants that opperate year round but are not able to do our volume.
