Little Lambs Day Care Center, Plus, Inc.
Our Company was formed as a Non Profit Child Care Center 35 years ago,
for the benefit of Children age 2 ½ years old to 5 years old.
From the beginning we have been fully licensed as a Day Care Pre School by the State of New Jersey, and licensed for a total of 60 children, 4 classrooms, with 15 children in each. Each class has a dedicated Teacher and an Assistant Teacher or Teacher’s Aide. Our Director has an office on site steps from each classroom.
We have been in continuous operation ever since opening 35 years ago; operating Monday thru Friday from 7am to 6pm the entire year- except legal holidays ,
Over the years we have upgraded the Center physically, and improved the level of our teacher’s education and training; so we operate as a full day Preschool and PreKindergarten for our kids. We still focus on stimulating and productive day care for the youngest kids aged 2 ½ to 3 years.
We have an onsite cook, and professional kitchen, offering Breakfast, a hot lunch and afternoon snack. All food is subsidized by the Child Care Food Program of the USA Department of Agriculture. We always believed that proper food makes for better learning and healthier children.
We have our own private large outdoor playground next to the center which was built by a specialty company Playmart Playgrounds, which has equipment which is age appropriate for the kids. It has soft surfaces and plenty of grass to play on, so they can all get fresh air and sunshine a few times a day.
